Action:  Studied my butt off and memorized 111 words.

Reality: got stuck on one definition and guessed. 

Result: 90%

Action: studied an additional 20+ words for my oral exam.

Reality: stuttered and droned on about a silly date that Corrie and I had and the greasy food at McDonald’s.  Also described the qualities of play-doh, a sponge, and an egg.  Thrilling for my teacher, no doubt.

Result: 90%

Two down and only two more to go!  The exam today, I’m a bit nervous about but my tutor has been really great at simplifying the rules and putting them into a clear, concise order that makes it easy for me to recall.  I have more vocabulary to study in order to be able to recognize it. 

The test on Wednesday is the one that I’m really worried about.  My husband said that it was the worst test to date and resembled the tortures of hell.  I’m not looking forward to it, other than the stiff drink of Coca Cola Zero on the rocks that I’ll be rocking afterwards.  I’m also looking forward to the weekend, 2 day without study before we start a new term.  Goody goody gumdrops!
